These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at journeyfinancial.ca (the "Site"), operated by Journey Financial, a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada owned by Laura Recoskie ("Journey Financial", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Not financial, legal, or tax advice

The content on this Site, including the blog, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not personalized financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it does not create an advisor-client relationship. Financial situations vary, and information on the Site may not apply to your specific circumstances.

Journey Financial does not sell investment products, does not receive commissions, and is not registered as a securities dealer, investment fund manager, or portfolio manager. Personalized financial planning services are only provided through a formal, written engagement.

2. Use of the site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
